Franco, originally from Lima, Peru, has been living in Miami since his earlier times.
In 1995 he founded Miami Vacations Corporate Rentals, a company that has been in the Miami market for more than 25 years, with a strong mark on quality, service, and attention to detail in the management of short-term rental properties.
He also founded Forli House Management, a company dedicated to HOA and Multifamily Property Management.
He joined AWA Realty in 2020 to provide his strong experience and knowledge in the short-term rental business.
With studies in International Business at Florida International University and Economics at Barry University, he is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Community Association Manager (CAM).
